Scribe Software Delivers Industry’s First InsideView Open API Connector
New Connector Makes it Easy to Integrate InsideView Market Intelligence Into any Application
Manchester, N.H. — October 1, 2014 — Scribe Software, an established global provider of data integration solutions, today unveiled a new connector for InsideView, a pioneer in Market Intelligence. Available immediately, the connector makes it easier for customers and partners to use the Scribe Online integration platform to take advantage of the new InsideView Open Platform, which was launched earlier this month.
“With the launch of the InsideView Open platform, it is important for us to create a way to make it accessible for both developers and non-developers,” said Jenny Cheng, Chief Product Officer of InsideView. “Scribe’s InsideView Connector enables customers to quickly integrate InsideView market intelligence into their applications to automatically enrich and refresh their customer and prospect data for improved sales and marketing productivity.”
InsideView Open Platform APIs give access to InsideView’s market intelligence anytime, anywhere. Scribe’s InsideView Connector brings a ready-made interface to dozens of existing applications, dramatically simplifying the integration process. Users of systems not currently integrated with InsideView and those who want to use InsideView data in new ways are now able to use the new connector to access and use InsideView’s company and contact data within these applications, without having to write their own code.
Thousands of customers already use Scribe to connect to the most popular CRM, ERP and marketing automation solutions, including Eloqua, ExactTarget, HubSpot, Intacct, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (online and on-premises), Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, ON24, Salesforce, Silverpop and dozens of other applications. Scribe customers and partners will now easily be able to bring InsideView data into other business applications, including data on company revenue, number of employees, SIC codes, industry, headquarter addresses and phone numbers, email addresses, job titles and more.
Examples of how customers can use InsideView company and contact data with the new InsideView Connector include:
- Automatically appending (enriching) account records with 28 fields of information
- Proactively updating account and contact information
- Accessing InsideView data from mobile devices
- Using InsideView company and contact data for field service applications, recruiting, reverse IP lookup and more
“Scribe is the go-to integration platform helping independent software vendors, systems integrators and value-added resellers easily bring data wherever it’s needed, and our partnership with InsideView is a perfect extension of that,” noted Lou Guercia, CEO of Scribe Software. “Our customers already using InsideView solutions can now access their data in new and exciting ways, and our channel partners can build pre-packaged solutions for their customers. One of our key partners, Armanino, is already using InsideView’s API and the new connector to automatically enrich and enhance its customers’ CRM systems and regularly update CRM information to maintain data currency and accuracy.”
Dynamics CRM partners can see a live product demo of the new connector at eXtremeCRM in Las Vegas from October 5-8, 2014. To find out more about this connector please visit www.scribesoft.com/insideview, www.insideview.com/scribe or contact email@example.com
