Scribe CEO to Share Business Growth Insight at MassTLC Workforce Seminar
Joins Autodesk and Dyn to Discuss Best Practices for Hiring Talent Outside Major City Hubs.
Manchester, N.H. — August 26, 2014 — Scribe Software, an established global provider of data integration solutions, today announced that CEO Lou Guercia will discuss how to find and recruit the best talent, regardless of location, at the MassTLC 2014 event in Manchester on August 28 at 8:00 a.m. ET.
Drawing on his first-hand experience doubling Scribe’s headcount since 2010 and the company’s 15-year track record as a technology leader in New Hampshire, Guercia will lead a two-hour workforce seminar, “Hiring Outside the Hub,” with executives from AutoDesk and Dyn.
The seminar will explore how rapidly growing businesses that fall outside of major city hubs can find and recruit the right people to meet company growth goals. The speakers will offer stories about their own businesses overcoming these challenges, as well providing best practices from a regional perspective to improve hiring abilities.
“Manchester has a vibrant startup and technology community that is drawing more and more high-growth companies,” noted Guercia. “However, competition with larger city hubs is fierce, and local companies need to take advantage of both regional and national talent to draw the best employees to our rapidly growing community.”
