Mark Walker

Vice President, Customer Success

As Vice President, Customer Success, Mark leads the development of enablement resources and programs to foster product adoption, product expansion, and customer and partner retention. Representing the voice of the customer, Mark provides insights into customer success to Scribe’s management team. He works closely with Scribe's Product, Services, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute on Scribe’s customer success initiatives from all perspectives.

Mark joined Scribe in 1996 and has served in a number of leadership roles in technical resources, product management, product marketing, services, and sales. In these capacities he has been instrumental in the growth of Scribe’s products and in the expansion of Scribe’s business. Before joining Scribe, he served as product manager and director of quality assurance at Newmarket International.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.

In his spare time Mark likes keeping up to date on personal technology, cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors (walking, biking, skiing).
