As a longtime partner and supporter of Microsoft and the global Microsoft partner community, we are very excited to see the successful launch of Microsoft Dynamics 365 early this month. Dynamics 365 really offers a unique opportunity for businesses across the globe to take advantage of critical cloud based business functionality through a highly immersive user experience that works across devices. In addition, Microsoft Dynamics gives customers an opportunity to take advantage of a more seamless unifying experience between the functionality of CRM and ERP.
At Scribe, our mission has always been to deliver a great “tuned-in” Integration Platform As A Service that helps Microsoft CRM users achieve integration success as they pursue a path to integrate CRM with a variety of other application and data ecosystems including Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua and more.
In an effort to continue our long-term success of solving the MS Dynamics integration needs of Microsoft and partners, we have launched our new Dynamics 365 Connector for Scribe Online.
With our new Dynamics Connector, we are able to support your MS Dynamics integration requirements. Our Dynamics connector not only provides connectivity to Dynamics 365 Sales and Services, but is also compatible with previous versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. With this capability, our partners and customers who have also embraced Dynamics 365 should feel right at home with our new connector because of the addition to support compatible with previous version of CRM.
If you are a new user to Scribe Software (if not you can get a free trial started by visiting this page), you will find the new Dynamics 365 connector in our Marketplace of connectors. If you are an existing partner or customer, you will see that that your connections to Dynamics 365 CRM will change type to “Microsoft Dynamics 365 (compatible with Dynamics CRM)”. Everything else about the connection will remain unchanged and work seamlessly with previous version of CRM but also now work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
This is not the end of our journey on Dynamics 365. We are also hard at work on supporting additional modules that are part of the Dynamics 365 offering including supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financials as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations and will make those available in short order to ensure our customers and partners have complete connectivity to the robust ecosystem of Microsoft Dynamic 365 applications.
