At Scribe we are constantly inspired by the energy, creativity, and skill of our integration and distribution partners. This past week was no exception as a couple of Scribe’s partners showed incredible innovation when it comes to integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, and other systems.
First, the authors of the CRM Virtuosity blog shared their unique methodology for successful Dynamics CRM 2011-to-Dynamics 2013 migration. Instead of creating a “big bang” when everyone was forced to move to the new version, they migrated 400 CRM users across Europe, Australia, Asia, and North America in small groups across a 4-month period. This approach allowed them to “give the users better and more personal training” and was “much less stressful for everybody involved in the project.” In their blog, they share tips on overcoming challenges related to security, limited data access, and data synchronization issues related to Outlook (especially calendars). They also outlined why they used Scribe for this project. One of their reasons for using Scribe Software was “Scribe can be used by very technical and then not so technical people. A normal CRM consultant can perform a migration after 2-4 hours of playing with Scribe.” They also highlighted the popularity of Scribe in the Dynamics CRM community. “If you use [a data integration platform] that is globally used you have a pool or resources to choose from in the future.”
A second Scribe Software partner, Doidea is embarking on an innovative path to integrate sales and marketing processes and provide companies with a 360-degree view of each customer. A CRM and Inbound Marketing agency in Sweden and elsewhere in EMEA, Doidea announced that they are using Scribe Online to enhance HubSpot and Dynamics CRM Integrations. Doidea is taking on the role as Scribe Software’s go-to-market partner for Scribe Online within the SMB customer segment of EMEA.
