Position Description

The Business Development Director (BDD) reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for driving the growth of Scribe's fast growing iPaaS platform that is uniquely designed for ISV and SI partners to power integration solution offerings for their customers. The BDD will be based in the Silicon Valley and will direct Scribe's overall operations in this key market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit targeted ISV and SI partners to build and promote Solutions and Connectors on the Scribe Online Integration platform.

Customer Account Manager, EMEA

Position Description

The Customer Account Manager is a combination of an administrative and inside sales position reporting to the Director EMEA. Main purpose of this role is to ensure our existing customers renew their software subscriptions for the Scribe software solutions they are using. Keeping our customers is of eminent importance for Scribe and this position plays a pivotal part in that.

Position Activities

  • Keeping track of all mainetnance/subscription contracts and making sure partners/customers get informed of upcoming renewals.
  • The management and closing of Software License Update Plan renewals for the Insight suite of Scribe Software Products through our partners.
  • The management and closing of Scribe Online subscription renewals.
  • Facilitation of on-going customer care outreach programs.
  • Occasional selling of add-on products and services to existing customers.

Responsibilities

Customer Success Engineer

Position Type: Full time

Position Description

The Customer Success Engineer reports to the VP, Customer Success and plays the critical role in fostering the adoption of Scribe Online by its customers. The three main responsibilities for the Customer Success Engineer are to convert trial users to paying customers, to get new customers using the product, and to improve customer retention. The position requires a well-rounded professional with experience in the software industry and with customer-facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Trial Conversions - Improve the conversion rate of trial users to paying customers by helping trial users through the onboarding process to the point of processing data and getting value from Scribe Online.
  • Onboarding Customers - Assist new customers as they come onboard with Scribe Online so that they are processing data and getting value from the product within the first 30 days of beginning their first project.
  • Customer Renewals - Stay in contact with customers throughout the term of their subscription to maximize the value they get from Scribe Online. Identify for customers new ways that they can use Scribe Online by understanding their business systems and business strategy. Make it easy for the customers to decide to renew their subscription.
  • Be able to demonstrate Scribe Online and do light training.
  • Monitor areas of usage, non-usage, and errors and proactively communicate with customer to ensure customer success and renewal.
  • Solicit feedback, perform customer surveys, and document customer use cases in Scribe’s CRM system.
  • Communicate the issues that are hampering a customer’s success to Scribe teams including technical operations, technical support, engineering, sales, and product management. Advocate for the issues to be resolved and coordinate communication with the customer about the issues.

Responsibilities

  • Driving to achievement of the US/ROW West Region sales bookings quota of $TBD for 2015. US/ROW West Region is US from the states Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana west, as well as western Canada and Australia, New Zealand, and the Far East.
  • Management and mentoring of a team of 6 region sales professionals across the following roles:
    • Enterprise Sales Manager

Position Requirements:

  • Software or cloud sales management experience of 5 years or more – particularly at the regional or national level.
  • Experience in the CRM/ERP, Data Quality, or Data Integration space preferred. Sales, channel sales, and sales management experience particularly in the Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce space preferred.

Enterprise Consultant

Position Description

The Enterprise Consultant is a hands-on position reporting to the Director of Services. The primary objective of this position is to provide expert guidance to the Enterprise Sales team, partners, and customers in the use of and implementation of Scribe Insight and Scribe Online.  Responsibilities include advising partners on the best-practice use of Scribe Insight and Scribe Online, performing data integration activities at enterprise and other customers, providing knowledge transfer through post-sales environments, and technical consulting.

The ideal candidate will have rock solid Scribe skills, and be able to effectively communicate about Scribe's products with both technical and business audiences. The candidate should be very familiar with large packaged CRM applications (such as Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) and ERP applications (such as Dynamics AX, Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SAP) and must project energy and enthusiasm for Scribe's products.

This role is a pivotal function within the Scribe Enterprise community and will receive a base salary and variable compensation dependent on overall utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Establish maximum efficiency in new Enterprise implementations of Scribe Insight and Scribe Online.
  • Work with Sales to quickly drive business value for Enterprise customers.
  • Work directly with partners and customers to answer their questions about Scribe's products and to recommend integration design and be responsible for scoping and implementing Scribe products.

Marketing Programs Manager, EMEA

Position Type: 32-40 hours per week

Position Description

Your key contribution will be to generate a steady flow of qualified and educated sales prospects to our EMEA sales team by planning and executing highly-targeted demand generation programs within the region. You will be responsible for identifying, testing and executing a mix of demand generation programs, and producing weekly, and monthly analytic reports on lead flow and conversion metrics. This hands-on position will be based out of our office in The Hague, The Netherlands, and will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing with a 'dotted-line' to the Director of EMEA.

Technical Project Manager

Reports to: Director, Platform Partners
Position Type: Full time

Position Description

Scribe is in a period of growth in its online business and there are many new integration solutions being developed by our platform partners, including ISVs, SIs and third party development firms. The project manager is responsible for helping these partners, and their first few customers, to be successful. By working closely with platform partners, the project manager will guide them through the life cycle of integration from connector and solution definition, through technical certification, and go-to-market readiness applying Scribe's best practices to each stage. The project manager will also work closely with implementation partners and customers of these integration solutions to ensure a successful outcome for the customer. Candidate should have project management skills, excellent customer facing communication skills, and technical skills regarding data integration. The ideal candidate likes to work with external customers and partners, and cross functionally with Scribe's teams:  Pre-Sales, Sales, Support, Product Management, QA, and Development.
