Scribe supports its family of products with various options for
training. Scribe training focuses on helping customers become
self-sufficient in building, monitoring, and maintaining solutions
built on Scribe technology.
Convenient and cost effective training is provided by a combination
of self-paced courses and remote training via the web.
Scribe Workbench Training
Scribe offers Workbench training as the way to learn the core mapping and transformation capabilities of
the Insight Workbench in a data migration scenario. Workbench training is the basis for other Scribe
training and is delivered in a self-paced format utilizing hands-on exercises; students may also elect to
attend an optional, instructor-led Web meeting.
This course takes an estimated eight hours to complete. Scheduled Web meetings are posted on the Training
Community Calendar. Attendees have access to the Training Community discussion board to obtain answers to
training questions.

Scribe Adapter Training
This course is designed for technical consultants who use
Scribe to build, maintain, and customize integrations using a
Scribe Adapter. This course covers how to use the Adapter to
get data into an application and how to get data out of an
application by using a Scribe Publisher or other means.

Scribe Server Training
This course is designed for a technical user who is responsible
for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining integrations built
on the Scribe platform. The main learning objectives for the
course are how to install and configure the Scribe server and
how to use the automation, administration, and business activity
monitoring capabilities of the product. The course focuses 80%
on administrative tasks and 20% on integration development tasks.
Server training is delivered in a series of instructor-lead Web
meetings. The Web meetings are recorded in case the student
cannot attend the live session or for review purposes.
