Scribe Online Integration Services (IS) Training: Beyond the Basics 

This training course helps to expand a student’s Scribe Online knowledge by building on the information covered in the First Stpes class. During the course, the student will learn more about how to build basic maps though some use case examples.   

During the course, users will learn the following in the context of basic maps:

• When to use multiple maps in one solution or when to use multiple solutions
• Working with text files and MySQL connections 
• Setting up record ownership in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and in Salesforce
• Advanced formula creation using lookup tables and logical functions
• Using multiple filters in a map
• Using source entity relationships to build better maps
• Power Tips: fine tuning source data selection, using intellisense in the formula editor,  working with target operations

During this session the user will learn how Scribe Online Integration Services (IS) makes the complex process of data integration open, user-centric and accessible to people without deep technical expertise. Students will learn how IS and its intuitive design interface makes cloud, hybrid and premise integration between core business systems such as CRM, Marketing Automation and ERP faster and easier. Topics include:

• Overview of Advanced Maps
• Building a new map
• Modifying a map
• Using Filters
