Lou Guercia
President and CEO
As President and CEO for Scribe Software Lou is responsible for Scribe’s direction, continued growth as a leader in mid-market and enterprise integration as well as the company’s entry into the cloud through Integration-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings.
An experienced entrepreneur, Lou has helped build several startups into successful brands and companies. He joined Scribe from Lotus Software where he served as Director of Operations and Strategy for Online Collaboration Services, IBM’s first public cloud service. Lou came to IBM as CEO of WebDialogs, a leading provider of SaaS web conferencing services to channel partners, upon its acquisition by IBM in August 2007.
Prior to WebDialogs Lou was Vice President of Business Development at Tessera Enterprise Systems, a pioneer in the field of customer relationship management. At Tessera he was responsible for strategic alliances and helped oversee the company’s acquisition by iXL Enterprises in 1999. Prior to Tessera, Lou co-founded Workgroup Solutions, a regional systems integrator for client/server technology, where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Lou was involved in all facets of the spin-off of Workgroup Technology Corporation, including its venture capital investment and Initial Public Offering. He began his career at Xerox, where he held various sales positions and gained early exposure to the internet.
Lou graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire.
Peter Chase
Partner, Executive Vice President, Business Development
Peter founded Scribe along with Jim Clarke in the beginning of 1996. As Executive Vice President, Business Development, Peter is responsible for establishing and growing partnerships with other leading technology companies in support of Scribe’s overall market and product strategy.
Prior to founding Scribe, Peter held senior positions in sales, product marketing, and finance at SNAP Software, an early pioneer in CRM software that was acquired by Dun and Bradstreet. Prior to SNAP, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer for Software Services of America, a publicly-held software provider for the banking industry. Peter is a recognized expert in both the CRM and Integration software industries. He has published numerous articles and whitepapers and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University.
Bob Sturim
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Bob Sturim drives product strategy and oversees all product development and delivery. He is charged with driving product strategy, engaging with customers and partners for product feedback, and managing new product releases. Bob joined Scribe in 2007 from ClickCommerce and Optum, where he served as vice president of research and development. Bob brings over 20 years of software development experience to Scribe Software.
Prior to Optum, Bob drove supply chain and eBusiness product strategy and development at Vitria Technology, an enterprise application integration software company. He has held various roles of product and engineering leadership Oracle, i2 Technologies and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Bob holds a bachelors in computer science from Harvard University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Business at MIT.
Lou Antonucci
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Lou Antonucci is responsible for both direct and indirect sales of all Scribe software products in the North America, Latin America, and Australasia. Lou joined Scribe in August, 2005 from NaviSite, Inc., where he served as Director of Channel Sales managing all North American sales of Microsoft Dynamics hosting services through Navisite’s reseller channel.
Lou held the same position with Surebridge (formerly ManagedOps) prior to the company being acquired by NaviSite. He brings more than 25 years of direct and channel selling and management experience to Scribe Software. Throughout his career Lou has held various leadership roles in direct sales, channel sales, product marketing, and channel development with both Avnet and Hewlett-Packard.
Lou holds an Associate Degree from Penn Technical Institute, Pittsburgh, PA.
Betsy Bilhorn
Director, Product Management
As Director, Product Management Betsy Bilhorn is responsible for leading the company's efforts related to understanding the needs of Scribe's partners and customers, translating those needs into new products and ensuring that these products are enhanced to continually serve their respective markets.
Betsy grew a financial services consulting practice to assist customers with enterprise scale data conversions and platform integrations. In her tenure at NetIQ and later at WebTrends she was responsible for the business management of a global data center and SaaS hosted operations. More recently she was responsible for OEM relationships at WebTrends which included Microsoft, where she developed a Software + Services “go to market” strategy which would became a model best practice within the partner community.
Betsy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College.
Lynn Harrington
Director, EMEA
As Director of EMEA, Lynn is responsible for Scribe’s operations within the region. Lynn leads all business development, sales and marketing activities designed to expand the Scribe brand, number of channel partners and revenue within the EMEA market.
Lynn joined Scribe Software in 1999 and has 25 years of experience marketing, selling and implementing mid-market business applications. Lynn has held several management positions at Scribe including Sales, Business Development and most recently, Marketing. Under her Sales leadership, the Scribe Reseller channel was established and grew to over 250 partners.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire.
Rich Noel
Director of Finance and Administration
As Director of Finance and Administration, Rich Noel oversees all accounting, finance and human resource functions. Rich joined Scribe Software Corporation in October 2007 from Big Idea Group, Inc., where he served as Director of Finance. Rich brings over 17 years of accounting, finance, and operations experience to Scribe Software Corporation.
Rich has worked in a variety of industries where his responsibilities included controllership, import management, international distribution, inventory control, and open source licensing. In his previous three positions, Rich helped facilitate the successful sale of the businesses to public companies.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at The University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Heather Robinson
Director, Marketing Communications
As Director, Marketing Communications, Heather Robinson oversees the marketing team, and is responsible for leading the company's efforts in effectively communicating with Scribe's partners, customers and prospects, its lead generation programs, and managing both online and traditional components of Scribe marketing.
Heather joined Scribe in March 2004 and has served in a number of roles in marketing including Director, Marketing and Online Marketing Manager. In these capacities she has been instrumental in the growth of Scribe’s customer base and partner channel. Heather brings over 14 years of marketing management experience to Scribe. Before joining Scribe, she served as Marketing Manager, Field Marketing Manager and Channel Marketing Manager for Microsoft Business Solutions, Microsoft’s Dynamics line of business. During her tenure at Microsoft, Heather focused on consulting and assisting Microsoft Channel Partners with marketing strategy, marketing plans, budgets and increasing their pipelines. Prior to Microsoft, Heather held multiple marketing roles including Marketing Communications Manager, at Granite State Manufacturing in Manchester, NH.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany and a Master’s degree from New England College in New Hampshire.
Eric Wahl
Director of Services
As Director of Services, Eric Wahl oversees all support, consulting, and training delivery functions at Scribe and is responsible for delivering a world-class support experience to customers and partners.
Prior to joining Scribe, Eric established the NXP Semiconductor’s IT Shared Services organization which delivered services to 2,000 end users. More recently, Eric established and lead the Global Program Management Office for NXP managing a $70M USD project portfolio.
Eric joined Scribe Software Corporation in January 2009 and brings more than 16 years experience in project management, systems integration, process redesign and services. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
Mark Walker
Director of Technical Resources
As director of technical resources, Mark Walker oversees the development of training, documentation, and other technical resources to assist consultants deploying Scribe’s products worldwide.
Mark joined Scribe in March 1996 and has served in a number of leadership roles in product management, product marketing, services, and sales. In these capacities he has been instrumental in the growth of Scribe’s products and in the expansion of Scribe’s channel business. Mark brings over 20 years of software management experience to Scribe. Before joining Scribe, he served as product manager and director of quality assurance at Newmarket International, the leader in sales and catering software solutions for the global hospitality industry.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.
John Annakin
Manager, Major Accounts Group
As Manager of Scribe’s Major Accounts Group, John Annakin is responsible for all enterprise level direct and indirect sales on a global basis. Before joining Scribe in June, 2008, John was Director of Strategic Accounts at Newmarket International, a leading software vendor for the hospitality industry. While at Newmarket, John had revenue responsibility for the organization’s top global accounts.
Prior to Newmarket, John was the Microsoft Channel Sales Manager at NaviSite (formerly Surebridge and ManagedOps) where he recruited and managed over 45 leading Microsoft partners for this application hosting organization. Throughout his early career, John was consistently a top performer in various channel management and corporate sales roles with companies such as Made2Manage and Crowe Horwath.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management.
