Qualifications:

Technical Support Analyst Level II reports to the Services Director. The responsibilities for the position combine software technical support and systems analysis, training, and consulting focused on helping Scribe's customers and resellers be more successful using its products. The position requires a well-rounded professional with experience in the software industry and customer facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities:

- Resolve 2nd level technical support cases and per incident paid support cases thorough analysis and systematic procedures to Scribe’s Resellers and End-users
- Escalate to and work with Scribe Product Development on challenging issues
- Contributing to the development of technical resources such as knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Designing, developing or duplicating customer’s data migration/integration solutions
- Clearly documenting problem descriptions, defects, and resolutions in the technical support system
- Providing remote consulting services
- Developing end-user prototype solutions
- Delivering training to partners and customers, primarily by the Web
- Maintaining relationships with OEM partner help desks including training and escalation process
- Some travel could be required to deliver on site training and consulting on a very limited basis
Required Skills:

Enterprise Sales Manager-US East Region
Position Type: Fulltime
Description:
The Enterprise Sales Manager – US East Region is a geographically based position that reports to the Director, Enterprise Sales and works closely with the Scribe sales team to achieve revenue quota attainment and to execute the company’s enterprise business plan in the US East Region, both direct and through our East Region reselling partners. This seasoned sales professional will be highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong background in large account, complex software sales cycle management in both direct and indirect models. The ideal candidate will have experience in the data integration space. Experience in the Financial Services Veritcal, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM markets is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Meet or exceed Scribe Enterprise revenue quota for assigned US East Region
- Manage all Scribe sales qualification and sales cycles for assigned region – in many cases jointly with Scribe partners
- Work with Scribe Sales Management to develop goals and a strategic plan for the Enterprise sales operation in the US East Region.
- Promote Scribe ‘internalization’ of Scribe value throughout the appropriate Field Sales Levels of the Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce sales organizations

Level 3 Support Engineer
Position Type: Entry-level, Fulltime
Description:
The Level 3 (L3) Support Engineer reports to the Development Manager and is responsible for resolving customer issues escalated from our support department to our development team. This position requires frequent contact with customers via telephone and online sessions to diagnose customer issues. No travel is required. Strong troubleshooting skills are a must, as well as the ability to debug software at the code level in a number of languages and environments. The successful candidate will be a self-directed, process-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communications skills. Responsibilities:

- Daily interface with Sales Management, Marketing and Pre-Sales resources as you execute to plan.
