Position Description

The Product Manager is an entry level position reporting to the Director of Product Management. We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with external and internal stakeholders to keep a pulse on how we're delivering products that delight our partners and customers. As the Product Manager, you will be making recommendations and delivering requirements to Development for upcoming releases of our Connectivity Portfolio of products. You'll be the go-to person for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success whether it be product questions, competitive differentiation, or some extra support with a demonstration or webinar.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifies appropriate partners and customers to solicit feedback for specific Connector or Adapter offerings.
  • Participate in developing go-to-market plans for maintenance releases in conjunction with Product Marketing and Marketing.
  • Specifies product requirements for current Connector and Adapter products supported by on-going outreach to customers and partners.
  • Develop requirements that meet customer and strategic requirements while providing clear direction to the development teams.
  • Participates in regular meetings with the development teams to translate requirements into stories, answer questions, and prioritize defects.
  • Presentation of product status and planning to Product Leadership.
  • Provides tactical support to Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for sales training, collateral development, and product performance.

Required Skills

Sales Engineer EMEA

To strengthen our team in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Scribe Software is looking for a Sales Engineer EMEA.

Position Description

The Sales Engineer EMEA is a hands-on position reporting to the Director, EMEA. The primary objective of this position is to provide expert technical pre-sales support for Scribe's sales team, Scribe's partners and Scribe's customers. Responsibilities include providing knowledge transfer through pre-sales and post-sales technical support, the development of technical sales materials, training and technical consulting.

The ideal candidate should have the combined technical skills and communication skills to effectively communicate about Scribe's products with both technical and business audiences. The ideal candidate should also project energy and enthusiasm for Scribe's products.

This role is a pivotal commercial/technical function within the Scribe EMEA region and the EMEA team.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Work directly with partners and prospective customers to answer their questions about Scribe's products and to recommend integration design.
  • Create and present product presentations, demonstrations, and lead Q&A sessions.
  • Develop proof of concept solutions as directed by the Scribe's Sales team.

Director of Marketing/VP Marketing

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of the marketing programs including, but not limited to, driving demand and delivering marketing-qualified new leads, public and analyst relations, managing partner and ISV co-marketing relationships and corporate brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing the demand generation and marketing operations functions for SaaS software companies. We are looking for a leader.

This position will report to the CEO. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of demand generation and marketing operations process and related technologies, a strong ability to forge relationships with sales and partners, strong communication skills and a proven track record of results. The right person has successfully created and launched marketing strategy and tactical plans for online software B2B solutions

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to create strategic marketing plans
  • Own the business conceptualization of demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing operations.
  • Manage marketing relationships with ISV and top reseller partners

Account Executive

Position Type: Full time
Salary:Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will consist of a base salary and variable compensation.


This direct selling role is an inside sales position reporting to the Director of Sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new, upgrade, and add-on business into prospects and existing customers in a given sales territory.  The general responsibilities include prospecting, call planning, execution, opportunity management and closing of sales opportunities against a given quota. These responsibilities include requirements gathering, needs analysis, solution proposal and demonstration – the overall management of the sales cycle. The position requires that you thrive in a busy atmosphere, prioritize your work, and be willing to spend the majority of your workday doing phone contact work.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • This position requires the majority of time to be spent on the phone soliciting end user prospects and customers to sell Scribe Integration platforms to achieve annual sales revenue quota.
  • Calling into Scribe Online and Scribe Insight ‘free trial’ users to convert them to contracted customers to achieve annual sales revenue quota.
  • Working with new and existing Salesforce partners to grow pipeline and assist with sales opportunities.

Technical Support Engineer-2nd Level

Join the Scribe Technical Support team working out of our headquarters in Manchester, NH amongst the close knit Services team. This position is a technical support role supporting Scribe's integration products. The responsibilities for the position combine software technical support, systems analysis, and consulting focused on helping Scribe's customers and resellers be more successful. The position requires a well-rounded technical professional with experience in the software industry who has customer facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility. Technical Support Analyst Level II reports to the Services Director.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolve 2nd level technical support cases and per incident paid support cases through analysis and systematic procedures to Scribe’s Resellers and End-users
  • Escalate to and work with Scribe Product Development on challenging issues
  • Contributing to the development of technical resources such as knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Designing, developing, or duplicating customer’s data migration / integration solutions
  • Clearly documenting problem descriptions, defects, and resolutions in the technical support system
  • Adhering to defined Service Level Targets

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and data conversion/integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, NAV or AX or other CRM and ERP applications such as, Saleslogix, or SAP is highly desired.
