Position Description

We are the leader in Customer data integration and we are seeing rapid growth of our Scribe Online Cloud platform.  We are seeking a Cloud Systems Manager to join our team.  The ideal candidate has experience in Cloud Computing / Administration, Windows Azure, Amazon EC2, Rackspace and monitoring tools such as Nagios.  This senior level role will help mature the Scribe Online platform and ensure the operation is running smoothly.  You’ll be part of a fun and fast-paced work environment.  For the right candidate we can offer a strong compensation package – depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and manage applications, databases, and web servers to proactively predict and prevent impending issues and maintain 24/7/365 Service Availability
  • Develop and produce high-level metrics for management reporting

Entry-level C# Software Engineer

Position Description

Enterprise Customer Success Engineer

Position Type: Full time

Description:

The Enterprise Customer Success Engineer reports to the VP, Customer Success and is responsible for understanding customer use-case requirements, and applying that knowledge and skills toward the customers’ effective use of Scribe’s integration software. The ultimate objective is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and response when issues arise, coordinating with Scribe’s internal teams for successful resolution. The person in this position will also provide sales engineering support to Scribe’s sales teams. The position requires a well-rounded professional with experience in the software industry and customer facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and constantly improve the on-going customer relationship for Scribe’s Enterprise customers
  • Identify additional potential revenue streams based on the customer business strategy and needs
  • Proactively activate and onboard new customers through direct or partner interaction
  • Facilitate customer plans for training and education
  • Proactively suggest product updates, environmental updates, and performance tuning opportunities to improve the customer experience and adoption
  • Prioritize product issues, serve as the focal point, and advocate customers’ priorities and issues internally
  • Communicate effectively with internal groups:  technical operations, technical support, engineering, sales, product management, and marketing
  • Work directly with partners and prospective customers to understand integration requirements and recommend integration design.
  • Create and present product presentations, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions
  • Develop proof of concept solutions as directed by the Scribe’s Sales team
  • Position Scribe’s products relative to competitors from both the business and technical perspectives
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations at trade shows
  • This position could include travelling up to 8-10 times per year. The travel will typically be in North America, but could also include Europe.

Customer Success Manager

Description:

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving customer expansion and retention. The ultimate objective of the CSM is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and response when issues arise. The position requires a well rounded professional with experience in the software industry and customer facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility. The CSM must be able to understand the customer’s use-case requirements and be able to apply their knowledge of Scribe Online offerings toward the customers’ effective use of Scribe Online. The CSM is also a focal point for customer’s relationship with Scribe bringing in other Scribe teams when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success Engineer for a smooth transition from the trial phase to the active customer phase
  • Proactively contact customers and understand how they use the product
  • Provide guidance to customers on how to use Scribe’s products to their fullest
  • Facilitate customer plans for training and education
  • Be able to assist customers with basic product questions and training
  • Be able to demonstrate Scribe Online product and solutions
  • Identify additional uses for the product by understanding the customer’s business systems, business strategy and needs

Account Executive

Position Type: Full time
Salary:Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will consist of a base salary and variable compensation.

Description:

This direct selling role is an inside sales position reporting to the Director of Sales. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new, upgrade, and add-on business into prospects and existing customers in a given sales territory.  The general responsibilities include prospecting, call planning, execution, opportunity management and closing of sales opportunities against a given quota. These responsibilities include requirements gathering, needs analysis, solution proposal and demonstration – the overall management of the sales cycle. The position requires that you thrive in a busy atmosphere, prioritize your work, and be willing to spend the majority of your workday doing phone contact work.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • This position requires the majority of time to be spent on the phone soliciting end user prospects and customers to sell Scribe Integration platforms to achieve annual sales revenue quota.
  • Calling into Scribe Online and Scribe Insight ‘free trial’ users to convert them to contracted customers to achieve annual sales revenue quota.
  • Working with new and existing Salesforce partners to grow pipeline and assist with sales opportunities.
  • Understand the pricing, product structure, and value benefits of the Scribe software products and be able to effectively present these to prospects and customers.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate Scribe Online Data Replication and Integration Services capabilities.
  • Provide a weekly forecast of sales opportunities and meet weekly with Sales Management to review pipeline.
  • Daily interface with Sales Management, Marketing and Pre-Sales resources as you execute to plan.
  • Ability to use the Scribe CRM system (Salesforce) for daily management of opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks, achieving goals with minimal supervision and guidance – self-starter, motivated individual contributor.

Required Skills:

  • The ideal candidate will possess the business acumen required to understand and discuss the value proposition of customer data integration as well as the technical acumen required to understand and present the Scribe Online Platform.
  • Aggressive, self-starter, ability to work independently; have a ‘hunter’ and ‘closer’ mentality
  • Ability to engage with and negotiate with all levels of organization (C-Level, Director Level, Mgt. Level, User level)
  • 2 to 5 years direct selling experience, preferably with an online (cloud-based) software or services provider

Marketing Programs Specialist

Description:

Marketing Programs Specialist to assist in development, execution and measurement of a wide variety of demand generation initiatives including (but not limited to), database marketing, trade events, digital advertising, and webinars. The Marketing Programs Specialist would also manage day to day social media activities associated with demand generation programs and manage Scribe's presence in social networking sites by posting blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed.

Technical Support Engineer-2nd Level

This position is a technical support role supporting Scribe's integration products. The responsibilities for the position combine software technical support, systems analysis, and consulting focused on helping Scribe's customers and resellers be more successful. The position requires a well-rounded technical professional with experience in the software industry who has customer facing skills that can be applied to the broad areas of responsibility. Technical Support Analyst Level II reports to the Services Director.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Resolve 2nd level technical support cases and per incident paid support cases through analysis and systematic procedures to Scribe’s Resellers and End-users
  • Escalate to and work with Scribe Product Development on challenging issues
  • Contributing to the development of technical resources such as knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Designing, developing, or duplicating customer’s data migration / integration solutions
  • Clearly documenting problem descriptions, defects, and resolutions in the technical support system
  • Adhering to defined Service Level Targets

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and data conversion/integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, CRM, NAV or AX or other CRM and ERP applications such as Salesforce.com, Saleslogix, or SAP is highly desired.
  • DBA background is highly desired.
